Choose whichever time suits you best in the calendar. If this is your first time, we can start with a short conversation at no cost, to meet each other and see whether this work is for you.
First conversation
A short meeting at no cost, online or by phone, to meet each other and answer any questions before starting.
IFS session
A one-hour individual session, in person or online, for 45 €. The appointment is confirmed once the payment is made by card.
Sessions can be held in English or in Spanish — just let me know when you book.
